Stephane Fufa Dufour has been recording and traveling for the past eight years, with the last five years devoted to intense “field recording” as a digital nomad on all continents. Along the way, he has collected precious sonic gems, exploring unique, unusual, and diverse soundscapes that span a wide variety of cultures and locations, from anthropophony to pure biophony.
'Ambience: Forest & Lake' by Sound Armoury is a collection of forest and lake ambiences recorded in England's Sherwood Forest. It includes daytime and night ambiences, wild animal sounds, isolated recordings of streams, and wind and rain in trees.
'Waterphone Designed Vol. 1' by 344 Audio has 40 unique impacts created from the unique instrument, the Waterphone. It was recorded using a contact microphone and guitar pedal board, and played with a violin bow and various drum beaters. The sounds were then edited and designed into metallic, percussive, and tonal impacts.
'Rain Night Neighborhood Ambience' by Ferreira the Sound Guy has ambient sounds of a quiet neighborhood on a rainy night. It includes a different rain intensity levels, as well as the sounds of cars and motorcycles passing by in the background. It was edited and mastered in post-production.
'STREETCAR 1 – OLD TRAM' by JMV has recordings of old vintage trams from four European cities: Lisbon, Helsinki, Budapest, and Vienna. The recordings include both outside and inside ride recordings, pass-by with slow, medium, or fast speed, clanks on rails, squeaks and squeals, bells, and more.
'Ambisonic Sea, Coastline, Port Ambiences' by IVO VICIC SOUND LIBRARIES contains recordings of the sea, coastline, port and harbor. The recordings were made using a Sennheiser Ambeo VR microphone and Sound Devices recorder. It includes 24.2 GB of audio files in B-format, Ambix and Binaural formats.
